Fees: Registration and Tuition

Your registration includes the cost of quality home materials (includes 8.75% tax, shipping, and handling) from Kindermusik International. Enrollment in a Kindermusik class is for the entire semester. In order to secure your place, full tuition or a $65 deposit is required two weeks before class begins. The deposit will go towards your tuition. Semester tuition is due on the first week of the semester, payable either in its entirety, or optionally, in 2 equal installments. The Kindermusik curriculum is structured so that you may join at any point during the session. If you enroll after the session has begun, your tuition will be prorated. Just call or email us for more information.

Make up classes

Classes will be made up in the event of cancellation by the teacher by extending the program an additional week or by holding class on an alternate day, to be decided by the majority in the class in question. You may join another class during the same semester if one is available, and there is available space in the class. For a lengthy absence with special circumstances please speak to Susan.

Refunds

If, after 4 classes your Kindermusik experience is not working out for you, please talk to us about it. If we cannot come up with a solution together we will happily refund you or credit you the tuition amount. The materials fee is non-refundable. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration, you will be refunded in full.

What to bring

Please dress comfortably and be prepared to dance and move around the classroom. Barefoot is best, socks or soft slippers may also be worn. Please bring any diapering needs for young children. For Village classes please bring a small blanket for your baby to lie on. For the Family Time pajama class only, please feel free to wear pajamas to class (it makes for an easier transition to bedtime for littler ones).

Food and drink

Feel free to breastfeed or bottle-feed your baby at any time during Village classes. For older children, you may want to bring a drink or snack for them to eat on the way home after class as they may be thirsty or hungry, but please no snacks or drinks in the classroom.
